We Preppin’

Estimated reading time: 1 minute

When I woke up, I was sure it was Sunday, but after consultation with the calendar, I gave in and declared it Monday.   We got ready to go to the hospital check-in, where we registered and got an EKG, plus some blood tests!  I studied last night and passed the blood test with frying colors.

We arrived at the St. Joseph’s facility at 11:15 am, and we were out in less than 30 minutes.  PS: I passed the test!   The EKG machine did not sound the alarm this time, so all is good.

We had lunch at Benji’s and then went to Polly’s Pies, to get dessert for our neighbor Jeff.

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
