Happy Birthday Mitch!

How can you tell that you’re getting old? You go to an antique auction and three people bid on you!

To the hardware store because today I plan to install another light on the entrance to the house to fill in the single “dark spot” that exists.  I got some 1/2″ electrical PVC and could not resist the new 3000 lumen (200 W) Bluetooth enabled security light!

We had brunch when I returned home and then quick, like a bunny, I was outside hammering, cutting, drilling, and otherwise having fun with the new project.

In the afternoon we took a short nap as we had to be at Patty’s Place for a celebration of Mitch’s birthday!  Great fun.

After dinner, we flew like the wind (until we got on the 405/22 transition to Anaheim and joined in the fun at the Phoenix Club.  We had not been there since September 20th (right before Sue’s stroke), so everyone had to stop by and ask how we were doing.

The Yachtsmen were sixteen pieces tonight!

Returning home we watched some TV before crashing!

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
