A Different Friday

We did our breakfast at Old Ranch and then played eighteen holes with James… Bunny joined us on eleven and Charlotte played 10-14.  The golf day for Paul was terrible as he was trying a new grip.  We went to the market and then returned to Old Ranch for a delightful two hours of Happy Hour with James and Linda, Bunnaford, Monica and Mike and others dropping by the table.

Another magnificent day!

Afterwords, we wanted to go to Garden Grove Elks but we had tickets to see the singing groups “Jay and the Americans” and “The Association” at Cerritos Perfoming Arts Center.  We had front row seats and while good, it was difficult to hear the music and see guys Paul’s age.

Good music... Bit loud... Hard to watch

Two of the greatest vocal groups together on one stage! The ASSOCIATION / JAY AND THE AMERICANS live in concert. Over 19 Billboard Top 40 hit records! The Association have Seven Billboard Top 40 hit songs including Two #1 hits “Windy” & “Cherish”, one #2 “Never My Love”, #7 “Along Comes Mary” & #9 “Everything That Touches You”.

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
