We of course went to the 19th hole to celebrate getting back in a single piece and recanted the day including Herbie driving my golf bag into the sand bunker!  Herbie had an Irish Whiskey in a nervous glass.  We then headed for home to feed the babies before going to the Tea Party.

It's time for the liberal democrats to leave and give us our country back!

Sue ran the treadmill and we both watched “How The West Was Won“.  Great movie from 1963. Summary: A family saga covering several decades of Westward expansion in the nineteenth century–including the Gold Rush, the Civil War, and the building of the railroads. The all-star cast includes Carroll Baker, Walter Brennan, Lee J. Cobb, Andy Devine, Henry Fonda, Carolyn Jones, Karl Malden, Harry Morgan, Gregory Peck, George Peppard, Robert Preston, Debbie Reynolds, James Stewart, Eli Wallach, John Wayne, and Richard Widmark. The film is narrated by Spencer Tracy.

An epic movie and a view into the past

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
