We saw Tim for our golf lesson and then headed for ORCC for lunch! We got a 12:37 T-time and played all but #15… We jumped around some folks who were slow. Bunnaford was with us and she found a friend on #2.

We decided NOT to dance this evening and instead we watched “True Grit”, the original. We both decided it was much better than the new one. John Wayne just gets better with age. You remember? A drunken, hard-nosed U.S. Marshal and a Texas Ranger help a stubborn young woman track down her father’s murderer in Indian territory. The classic western earned Wayne his only Oscar and made Kim Darby a film star.
