Time To Walk!

If you are seeking creative ideas, go out walking. Angels whisper to a man when he goes for a walk.

It’s been a while so it is time to walk! I had planned one hour but it soon became 90 minutes as I was enjoying the walk.

Mother nature was doing great. The recent rains has made quite a difference in the greenery in the hood. My leg was giving me a little bit of a fit but I toughed my way through it as walking is essential.

Some homes are just beautifully landscaped.

Returning home we got ready for lunch. We planned to go to Old Ranch for lunch with our daughter Robin as we had some business to get done at the ranch. We are hosting 40+ people for the July 4th celebration and we needed to finalize the arrangements.

Always a smile; always a nice word for others!

We had a super lunch and after Robin departed, we finished up and headed for dessert…yes, Coldstone Creamery! In the parking lot, we saw the rain clouds gathering eventhough it was sun shining at our house.

Rain to the north…

We departed for home and rested a bit. I went to the market to get some items on our list. Love the iPhone. I had to get a book for Sue and to assure I did not get a dupe, I sent a picture to her phone via the iPhone.

The website required some additional work so I took two hours and finished off about 60% of the work needed to finish the site.

We watched TV and did tookies before crashing at 11:45 PM. Tomorrow? Disneyland!

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
