Back To Normal…

Did you know that dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish?

We started the day pretty early for some reason…guess the internal clocks were messed up a bit. First stop was Sue’s doctor and he is trying to see why she makes so many calcium rocks! We are going to take a new med called Potassium citrate and see if that helps. Potassium citrate attaches to calcium in the urine, preventing the formation of mineral crystals that can develop into kidney stones . Potassium citrate also prevents the urine from becoming too acidic. This helps prevent uric acid or cystine kidney stones from forming He said drink more water… three quarts of water a day.

We talked a lot about the party and things that happened. I kept laughing at the airport scanner booth!

After that we needed lunch and we didn’t want to go home so we went to A’Roma which is in the parking lot of Panda Inn. Wow…it is normally good but today their peppers and sausage was amazing and Sue had a special pizza and a special pasta. It was frankly, beyond good… it was OUTSTANDING.

Normally I take picture of the food but it smelled so good I forgot the food!

After a long leisurely lunch, we went home and then I decided to do some chores. Sue decided she wanted to see where I go all the time so we both went to the Long Beach Town Center and walked through Lowe’s where we got some goodies for the orchids…new pots, food, spagnum moss, etc.

At Wine And More, she met the little girls who takes care of me. She had heard about her and now she knows. I forgot her names but she told me her daddy really liked the joke about the lone ranger! We got six cases of “wine” so we would not soon run out and went home.

Her dad’s reaction to the Lone Ranger joke!

The rest of the day we stayed around the house and I got the Topper’s News Letter started. Then, about 6:00 PM, it was time to head for the Phoenix Club…first dance of the year! We met up the the Zaitz, Finch’s, Nancy and Vine and we all had a great time. Many of the Phoenix folks we at our NYE PArty so they came by to laugh and giggle some more.

Mike was there and I had to ask him about the pose they took. At the time I knew what they were trying to do but when I got home and examined MY photo, they had missed!

They were truing for the effect below but alas…they missed!
(They got hear nobody, see nobody, hear nobody, and communicate with npbody)

Hey… It was New Years Eve…They did pretty good!

After the Phoenix Club we went home and watched “Eureka” and crashed…interesting show!
