Not really… We stayed home and cooked because we had an abundance of eggplant and peppers from the garden! Sue made pepper stuffing while Paul cleaned out the pepper seeds. The Paul peeled the eggplant and sliced it into quarters and Sue roasted then ib olive oil and seasonings! That took almost five hours but we have many many dinners for the long winte season!
We toasted the slices for hours!
