A Non-Normal Day! Walking, Chores, Malarkey’s and Treadmill!

Paul did a walk around Rossmoor this morning…. One hour forty-five minutes!  Almost 700 calories gone!  That means 1/5th of a pound!  Any amount helps!  Excellent exercise. Join the walk!

A walking we will go!

A walking we will go!

We did our chores… Bank, cleaners, market…. boring stuff!  The market did not have enough pumpkins for our carving activities on Sunday so we went to the local “pumpkin patch”.

Sue picked... Paul put!

Sue was chatting with one of the locals!

We got some help pulling the wagon and loading it into the van!  $160 worth of pumpkins ought to keep the kids and grand kids busy!

The wagon was loaded to the top

Malarkey’s is just around the corner so off we went to meet up with Greg and Irene!

The sun started to set

The sun started to set

The sun was beginning to set but it looked so black and white then all of a sudden….

Then the colors exploded!

Then the colors exploded!

…bang!  The sun broke out in bright orange and reds!  Amazing!  We headed home so Sue could do the treadmill and we watched a little TV before crashing!

About Paul

Just an old retired guy trying to finish out my last years on this planet. I lost my best friend and wife in early 2020. I was blessed again by reconnecting with Dr. Mary Côté, a long-time friend. Mary and I got married July 28th, 2021, and are enjoying life together and plan to spend the rest of our lives being a blessing to our friends and family.
