Paul took a walk before leaving for the doctors office. The broken thumb just doesn’t like the treadmill! He did 40 minutes at 3.7 mph. Enough to get the heart moving! The neighborhood is in bloom and Mother Nature is making everything beautiful.

Paul worked in the garden for a while this morning before we headed to Sue’s annual cancer checkup. as expected, cancer free for 18 years! Like is good! We went home and ate from the garden and did some additional gardening. The green beans are going wild. They have climbed to the top of their six foot cages and are still reaching skyward! The raised beds sure make things easier.
We did the treadmill and watched a movie on TV before going to the Phoenix Club to dance until 10:30.
