We worked around the house today with Sue cooking and Paul working in the garden. We planted cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli, carrots, beets, peas, and some green beans. Lots of work but eventually rewarding.
We went to Taco Tuesday at the club and dined with James, Linda, Bunnaford, and Tom!
When we got home, we watched “Mr Blandings Builds His Dream House” with Cary Grant and Myrna Loy. A super movie. Summary: A man and his wife decide they can afford to have a house in the country built to their specifications. It’s a lot more trouble than they think. Very funny and entertaining…. Circa 1948!
