Roll ’em Roll ’em
While they rolled, we went to the dessert, Banning, to visit Virgil and Annie. They are both in their mid-90s and in failing health so we try and see them every two weeks. It is a 120 mile round-trip and we took Precious so she could get out and run!
Better times!
We were hungry so we did a quick stop at In-An-Out, Precious had to stay outside in the heat.
I asked Mary, “What do you call “hamburger helper” for road kill? Roadside Assistance”.
Yes, we stopped at In-An-Out!
While dining, I checked the security camera and they were still hard at work.
We watched the progress on the security camera.
We got home about 2:30 PM and made sure the bins were going to be picked up. The truck arrived soon thereafer but we did have to ask our neighbor to move his car so the truck could get into position.
At 4:00 PM they picked up load #1
OK, time to unlax. We met Dianne and David at the Elks for a Dance Night with dinner. Ronniw gave the girls roses.
Silly girls, roses can’t be eaten!
Bob and Donna treated us to some special moves!
Donna and Bob hit the floor.
Our waiter made sure David got a large piece of rare prime rib. Darned thing was still mooing. I do remember asking Mary, “Why did you bring a slab of ribs into the bathroom?” She replied, “I wanted to witness a meatier shower.”
David liked his food!
Talk about s piece of meat! This puppy was ginormus! It may have come from Godzilla!
Just this side of mooing!
Someone is a happy girl! Prime rib, excellent company, and good music… What else could she desire!
Hey beautiful.
Time to dance! Ronnie played a waltz for us and we floated around the room as if on a cushion of air, make that a whoopie cushion!
David and Dianne show everyone how it is supposed to be done.
The following video could upset those with any mild medical or mental condition.
After their dancing demonstration, I asked David to make sure nothing fell off or came loose! We checked all around the floor and found nothing except a pair of dentures.
Ronnie played several tunes for us, especially the waltzs. He is a nice man and good friend and he still likes us even thorugh I tease him all the time! (Ask him about a “pine Float”)
Go get ’em Ronnie.
We were out dancing also.
Little ‘ol us.
We departed the Elks abobut 9:30 PM as the music changes to undancable. Arriving home, we crashed. It was a full day.
