Fact: Back strains and sprains are the most common cause of back pain. You can injure muscles, tendons or ligaments by lifting something too heavy or not lifting safely. Some people strain their back by sneezing, coughing, twisting or bending over.
It was Mary’s turn yesterday and my turn today! When I got up my back decided to give out and I went plop! This happens every once in a while so IO decided to do nada today. We just sat around the house. In fact, I did not even take a picture.

We watched TV and selected Tom Selleck to be our “Star of the Day”. He made some funny movies.
