The Cod special with micro greens and rice... Wow!
Did You Know? - Cod is the common name for the genus Gadus of demersal fishes, belonging to the family Gadidae. Cod is popular as a food with a mild flavour and a dense, flaky white flesh. Cod livers are processed to make cod liver oil, an important source of vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E and omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA). Young Atlantic cod or haddock prepared in strips for cooking is called scrod. In the United Kingdom, Atlantic cod is one of the most common ingredients in fish and chips, along with haddock and plaice.

Did You Know? - Located on the east side of Temecula's wine country, our Winery and Certified Organic Farm are just minutes from downtown Temecula, California.. Our farm produces a variety of fruits which are available through out the year. Just to clarify, our wines are NOT ORGANIC. Our Estate Wines are made from 100% Organically grown and Certified Grapes through California Certified Organic Farmers. All non estate wines are made from locally grown grapes. Additionally, none of our wines are filtered. This means you may get some sediment from time to time.
We are a very small family owned and operated winery. We do not have events or weddings. Our Winery and Tasting area is basic with no frills. When you visit us you are coming to our farm, which is how we look, smell and feel. My wife Christine, has a very small gift area with limited wine accessories. We are open Monday through Fridays from 12 to 5, weekends from 10am to 5pm and all official holidays. Our goal is to keep it simple, have some fun and enjoy our limited quantities of HAND CRAFTED, ALL RED, wines.
