Page 15 Thursday August 17 - Heading To Hillary!
Today was a pretty calm day for us. We decided to take it easy and do some light packing, but mostly just enjoyed each other's company.
We didn't really have any set plans for the day, but before anything else, Mary had a spa appointment to attend to. Her fingernails needed some attention!
I decided to stay in bed and watch a movie while she was out. It was nice to just relax and take things slow for a change
The spa calls!
Stuffed bell peppers, we could not pass that up!

The original Flower Child!
Our security camera went off as Irene and Scout were watching TV back home. They are doing well.
We watched the storm track and the Captain kept north of the storm so never saw/felt any bad weather!
Mary and I decided to try out an Italian restaurant for dinner tonight. The food was absolutely amazing, but unfortunately, the service was super slow. We had to wait quite a while for our meals to arrive, which was a bit frustrating.
However, we still managed to enjoy ourselves and decided to order some desserts to take back to our state room.
We asked the waiter to pack them up in a doggy bag and he kindly obliged. Overall, it was a decent experience despite the slow service.
A thinly sliced veal appetizer with a creamy sauce!
I, of course, did the shrimp appetizer/
Mary tries the caviar!
Good groceries!
She does stand out!
Dessert went home, we were tired of sitting!
Stanley was in bed when we arrived!
