Tuesday - April 09, 2024 (Daily Diary Synopsis)
We were quite a ways out at sea to watch the eclipse so we headed back to southern Mexico.
Sea days are generally very relaxing and we wanted to be prepared to visit the alligators at our next stop!
We went to the gym but more importantly we went wine tasting just after lunch!
The gym was huge and always had open areas.
The wine tasting was not spectacular but it did pass the time.
I was spellbound!
Our wine steward, Leopold, was outstanding and he also served us wine in the Crown Grill in the evenings.
We like most of the white wines.
David joined us on the 18th floor for a while before we headed to dinner.
Passing up their soups is a tragedy; this was cold beet soup and except for its staining ability, it was wonderful!
We watched the comedian and he was also outstanding; no dirty stuff but he had us doubled over laughing about everyday things.
We stayed back from the front row on purposed.
It was Joe's 53rd birthday so we called him and sang happy birthday!
I am so very proud of the man he turned out to be!
Day 6 - Huatulco Mexico And The Crock-A-Gators
