We start the process a few days early buy going to Bristol Farms and rounding up the turkey and ham then we begin in earnest!

Paul buttered the yams
After they are cooked, they are bright red and we make twice baked yams!
The serving items come out and are individually labeled
It's eight o'clock and we are pooped... And tomorrow is cooing day!
The ingredients are all in their proper places
Even the pie making items are lined up for tomorrow morning
Thanksgiving Morning And Pre Guest Arrival Time!
The bird comes to visit... 24 pounds!
