It's Saturday Before Halloween And All Through The House....Oops!
The Lodge is being prepared for the Halloween Ball!
So we get this great idea; Nick loves Batman and we decided to support his theme. Into the Amazon costume section we went and found two likely candidates, Poison Ivy and The Penguin!
Mary Was Poison Ivy.
Dr. Pamela Lillian Islet, PhD is a promising botanist who is persuaded by Marc Le Grand into assisting him with the theft of an Egyptian artifact containing ancient herbs. Fearing she would implicate him in the theft, he attempts to poison her with the herbs, which are deadly and untraceable. She survives this murder attempt and discovers she has acquired an immunity to all natural toxins and diseases.
Dr. Mary was an amazing Poison Ivy!
Paul Was "The Penguin"
The Penguin (Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot) is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics, commonly as an adversary of the superhero Batman. The character made his first appearance in Detective Comics #58 (December 1941) and was created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger. The Penguin is one of Batman's most enduring enemies and belongs to the collective of adversaries that make up Batman's rogues gallery.
The Penguin is a Gotham City mobster who fancies himself the number one "Gentleman of Crime". He is most often seen wearing a monocle, top hat, and morning suit while carrying his signature umbrella. The character appears most times as a short, fat man with a long nose. Penguin uses high-tech umbrellas as different tools. His umbrellas have been used as guns, gas, swords/knives, a mini-helicopter and many other unconventional tools.

The Day Begins...
Scout just came back from the hair dresser Thursday!
We worked in the garden for several house before getting ready to go!
I had my own makeup artist; Robin did good!
I even frightened me!
Bob was busy putting his face on! Mary did the candid shots!
We go to the Lodge at 6:15 pm. which was perfect timing. Our table was ready and we sat gar enough back that the sound was not too bad!
The villains are here; let's find Batman!
Irene (a.k.a. Biker Gal) came to help us do in Batman!
Mary was dressed to the nine's and made a super Poison Ivy!
Kayla and Nick were dressed for the evening!
Robin cast spells all evening while Bob terrorized almost everyone!

We found Batman but decided not to do evil this evening!
The Penguin didn't even blow anything up!
We had a Mexican buffet and it was pretty good!
Our friends from Starlighters were in the next room!
Bob and I got picked to be contestants in the costume contest!
Notice my nails! We did not win as many costumes were really amazing!
We missed Bob Z who works with Taco Bell Folks!
Now that there is scary!!
The Lodge was rocking this evening.
