Spring Formal 5/21/2011 (Page One)
What a great evening. The weather was outstanding and with the doors open we got a delightful "dancers breeze" acorss the dance floor.
We had 38 couples and a load of fun! The Street Corner Symphony kept us hopping all night.
The Foxfire Restaurant is an excellent venue... The dance floor could be a little bigger but we found space on the rug near the mirrors for the overflow.
Be prepared to experience one of the best revived restaurants in Southern California.
We arrived at 6:30 for a short cocktail and hors d'oeuvres session before the music got underway. Dinner was served at 7:30 just in time for our first rest break!
Great food got our engines ready for the rest of the evening. Dancing went on until the wee hours of the night... OK, maybe 11:00 PM is not exactly "Wee".
An Interesting Day... It Fizzled... But We Were Ready
You Are Invited To The Spring Formal
Time For Visiting....
Hello Ladies... Ready for a grand evening?
Big smiles and the party hasn't yet really started
Did You Know? - A smile is a facial expression formed by flexing the muscles near both ends of the mouth. The smile can also be found around the eyes (See 'Duchenne Smiling' below). Among humans, it is an expression denoting pleasure, happiness, or amusement, but can also be an involuntary expression of anxiety, in which case it is known as a grimace. Smiling is something that is understood by everyone despite culture, race, or religion; it is internationally known. Cross-cultural studies have shown that smiling is a means of communicating emotions throughout the world.
