Vegetables.. A Serious Look Before A Funny Look

is a vegetarian (ovo-lacto... meaning she can eat dairy products) so
that is one reason we grow veggies.
The other reason is that it is fun to see what happens during the
summer. Picking and planting new varieties of veggies and selecting the
"strange and wondrous" heritage tomatoes can be very interesting...

So, what is the Per Capita (e.g. by or for each individual person) in the US?
We looked up the data and I will bet the consumption of hamburgers is
twice that!
We found the data!
This matches our consumption patterns except we are perhaps lower on the
potato consumption!
We did not count grapes used in our wine or that would certainly be
higher!!!
