Day 11 - 2026/10/4 - A Family Dinner And Goodbye (Daily Diary)
A family dinner is on the list for we are departing tomorrow!
Mary walks the straight and narrow
I went for the blueberry bake. A blueberry French toast bake is a breakfast casserole made with chunks or slices of bread soaked in a sweet egg-and-milk custard, mixed or topped with blueberries, then baked until golden.
It's basically French toast made in a baking dish instead of sliced and pan-fried.
