We enjoyed the visit as it was quiet and everything was nearby!  We even went next door to the cowboy bar (restaurant) for breakfast.  Three cheers to the lodge for being a sponsor for the TomatoFest!

Situated in 850 scenic, park-like acres, with lush fairways, sparkling lakes and oak studded meadows, yet minutes from Carmel, Pebble Beach, historic Monterey, the Monterey Bay Aquarium and other points of interest. The Monterey Peninsula Airport is 20 minutes from the resort. Quail Lodge offers 100 stylishly furnished luxury guest accommodations including 14 suites. All rooms have private decks or patios overlooking the lake, golf course or garden, fully stocked mini-bar, hairdryer and bathrobes, daily newspaper, in-room coffee, direct dial phones and color TV. All suites and some deluxe rooms have fireplaces.

Restaurants & Bars - the Covey Restaurant has won many awards for its inventive cuisine which combines European flair with a North American accent. The Country Club serves sumptuous breakfast and lunch in idyllic surroundings.
