August 24th - Departing!
We are on our way to the airport.
August 25th - Arrival In Barcelona
Just got to our hotel in Barcelona.
August 27th
We are back in Barcelona for a couple of days and then heading south.
Getting up at 6:30 each morning is a little challenging for D but she is doing a great job.
We visited Park Güell which is a sprawling wonderland of colorful mosaics and nature-inspired architecture. It's famous for being one of architect Antoni Gaudí's greatest creations. The park is full of whimsical sculptures and stunning examples of Catalan modernism.

September 1st - Touring Barcelona Spain
Did You Know? - Barcelona, the cosmopolitan capital of Spain's Catalonia region, is known for its art and architecture. The fantastical Sagrada Família church and other modernist landmarks designed by Antoni Gaudí dot the city. Museu Picasso and Fundació Joan Miró feature modern art by their namesakes. City history museum MUHBA, includes several Roman archaeological sites.

On our way to Valencia, last night we ate in a converted bull ring. It is now a shopping center. Picture is Shot from top of ring to our hotell
