August Is A Busy Month In Terms Of Birthdays!
August had the most births each year from 1990 to 2006 except for six years (1992, 1993, 1997, 1998, 2003 and 2004) when it was edged out by July, according to National Center for Health Statistics. Historically, the sweltering, late-summer months are when obstetricians witness an increase in the arrival of newborns.
Birthdays have been shown to have remarkable health benefits. A recent Mori survey (4th March 2005) revealed that statistically speaking the more birthdays a person has the longer they live.

Roman candles originated in China, but first became popular during Italian Renaissance. They are banned in some countries, including the Netherlands and Finland, as they have a tendency to cause accidents due to users of the firework not knowing how to use them properly. Roman candles are illegal to possess and set off in the U.S. states of New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Rhode Island, and Delaware.
