L'Auberge hotel Sedona Arizona

No visit to Sedona is complete until you've experienced the fragrant aromas and delectable flavors of the award-winning L'Auberge Restaurant on Oak Creek.

Offering the finest French-inspired American cuisine, the restaurant provides guests a sophisticated creek side dining experience either outdoors on the open air terrace, weather permitting, or indoors in the glass fronted dining room.

The restaurant's menu features items that change daily and themes that change seasonally. The celebrated six course dinner tasting menu is not to be missed.

Recipient of Wine Spectator's "Best of Award of Excellence" for 14 consecutive years, Sedona's L'Auberge Restaurant on Oak Creek boasts one of the largest and most refined selections of vintage wines.

Juniper berries

A juniper berry is the female seed cone produced by the various species of junipers. It is not a true berry but a cone with unusually fleshy and merged scales, which give it a berry-like appearance. The cones from a handful of species, especially Juniperus communis, are used as a spice, particularly in European cuisine, and also give gin its distinguishing flavor.
