We Have A New Machine; A Zoodel Maker!
Cutting back on carbs can be tough. Especially if you are a pasta lover... The way around it: drum roll please! Zucchini noodles - or also known as Zoodles.
Zucchini noodles are made from raw zucchini that have been spiralized or cut into long, thin strips until they resemble spaghetti

Mary preps some additional veggies to put into the sauce! I think Mary has been into the sauce!!
The sauce was beautiful and it went well against the green zoodels.
Time to put everything together!
