);\r\n<\/script><p>Estimated reading time: 4 minutes<\/p>The morning was wet, and the rain gauge proved it, showing we got 1 5\/8 inches of rain yesterday!\u00a0 In addition, it was colder than a well-digger&#8217;s butt (a favorite saying of my Dad).\u00a0 We turned up the heat and stayed inside, except to check the rain gauge.<\/p>\n<p>Today, Valentine&#8217;s Day decorations got packed away, and Mary wasted zero time\u2014she turned the whole house green using two containers of Saint Patty&#8217;s decorations.\u00a0 It looks like a leprechaun moved in and immediately took over the interior design.<\/p>\n<p>I spent time on Facebook and found an interesting bread recipe which I will make on Wednesday or Thursday when the rain comes again!<\/p>\n<p>At 12:30 pm, I fired up The Silver Fox, and we went high-tailing it to the Tustin Seniors Center for Mary&#8217;s weekly dose of watercoloring.\u00a0 I picked her up at 3:00 pm, and we headed home.\u00a0 The entire time, I kept hearing a loud humming sound and thought something was wrong with the car!\u00a0 Then it came to me, my concern was for the birds&#8230;Humming Birds!<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_93992\" style=\"width: theater with friends.\u00a0 Dru and Carolyn popped over, and we again took The Silver Fox on an escapade down the 55 freeway to The Seagerstro Center for the Arts to see Spamalot.<\/p>\n<p>We, of course, went to dinner at the Silver Trumpet, and I introduced Carolyn to Empress 1908 purple gin.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_93987\" style=\"width: 910px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img class=\"wp-caption-text\">The drink was a perfect match to my purple shirt!<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The four of us had a wonderful dinner and visited until 7:10 pm, when we walked across the street to the theater and arrived at our seats about four minutes before curtain time!\u00a0 The weatherman cooperated because there was no rain on the way to the theater.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_93988\" uninvolved, but close enough to run quality control.\u00a0 We kept an eye on them the whole time, just to make sure theydidn&#8217;tt start a riot or end up being escorted out.<\/p>\n<div and won three, including Best Musical.\u00a0 The musical comedy lovingly ripped off from the film classic Monty Python and the Holy Grail has everything that makes a great knight at the theatre, from flying cows to killer rabbits, British royalty to French taunters, dancing girls, rubbery shrubbery, and of course, the Lady of the Lake.\u00a0 Spamalot features well-known song titles such as &#8220;Always Look on the Bright Side of Life,&#8221; &#8220;The Song That Goes Like This,&#8221; &#8220;Find Your Grail,&#8221; and more that have become beloved classics in the musical theatre
