It’s mid-June and still cold; in fact, it “rained” last night!\u00a0 It was hard to believe, but everything was wet as we meandered through the garden this morning.\u00a0 The little bell pepper each hand their little bumbershoots deployed!<\/p>\n
The weather forecast says it won’t rain for three months, but I drought it.<\/p>\n
We straightened the patio, and I hung our new plant up, routing drip lines so he would not get thirsty!\u00a0 We had excess pressure, and the drip system worked quite well.\u00a0 Mary suggested we put our fushia below the new plant to catch its water overflow!<\/p>\n

We are hanging them high!<\/p><\/div>\n
It was just wet enough that we decided to sit on the patio and have our coffee by the fire.\u00a0 Scout, The Wonder Dog, joined us, sleeping on his outside bed!<\/p>\n

The patio table firepit was blazing, providing heat!<\/p><\/div>\n
It was a romantic setting.\u00a0 Mary finally said, “Honey, I want you to whisper dirty things in my ear!” Without thinking, I responded with, “Kitchen, living room, dining room, patio”; that’s when the fight began!<\/p>\n
I admired the paint on (stain job) that Ophelia got yesterday!\u00a0 The oil is now fry and hard as a rock!<\/p>\n

We were going to do some weeding but decided it was too wet.\u00a0 I ran across a Facebook article on Purslane on our “pull and dump” list.\u00a0 The picture looked like pesky weeds growing along the south wall.<\/p>\n

It turns out these are quite edible!<\/p><\/div>\n
