While we were thinking about the Elks for the celebration, we found it was “sold out,” meaning wall-to-wall people.\u00a0 We decided to call Robin, go to Seal Beach, and have a Mexican lunch instead.\u00a0 It was a good choice.\u00a0 Remember, Cinco de Mayo is nacho average holiday.<\/p>\n
I can hardly wait to ask our waited, “Why couldn\u2019t the Mexican archer use his bow?\u00a0\u00a0He didn\u2019t habanero.”<\/p>\n
It’s 1-:15 am and we are off like a shot to Seal Beach to meet up with Robin and an old friend Linda.\u00a0 Linda was in Downey and then Seal Beach with us; she just returned about nine months ago.<\/p>\n

It was fun recalling old memories\/<\/p><\/div>\n
After lunch we tooled over the H&H Nursery where we fill up the back seat and trunck of the car with edible flowers and a few veggies.\u00a0 Tomorrow we plant the new vertical plant tower which will be located where Mama used to be on the left side of the patio,<\/p>\n
From there we sent home, unloaded the car, took an hour nap and then got ready to go to the PAckhard INternational dinner in Newpoert BEach.\u00a0 We picked to Dianne and arrived at the dinner about 5:45 pm, tight on time.<\/p>\n
As we walked toward the GArden PAvillion at the hotel, we spotted the cars on display.\u00a0 The Packard Carribbean was sitting there; before I leave this world I plan to buy a 1955 Packard Carribbean convertible.<\/p>\n

We had a great time and the food was quite good.\u00a0 It was Mexican of course since it was Cinco De MAyo.\u00a0 Thich reminded me, what\u2019s a Mexican\u2019s favorite sport?\u00a0 Are you ready?\u00a0 It is\u00a0Cross country.<\/p>\n
