we need the space.\u00a0 \u00a0We had an idea about how to do it, but we decided to watch YouTube videos, and the lady from Arkansas filled in all of our blanks!<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"How to PLANT &amp; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>After an excellent breakfast, we got into our grubbies and headed to Home Depot in The Grey Ghost.\u00a0 The wire panels were 48&#8243; by 96&#8243; or 4&#8242; by 8&#8242; and barely fit into the van; we started with six.\u00a0 We also got twelve steel t-gar fence posts; they are heavy suckers.<\/p>\n<p>Arriving home, I moved the mesh two at a time to the backyard, and Mary loaded up her wheelbarrow with the fence posts.\u00a0 We were ready to go.\u00a0 We make a good team!<\/p>\n<p>We had to butt two panels together so they would form a tall arch over the entrance to the garden.\u00a0 We used rebar wire, and I tied off 16 joints (on each trellis) where the narrow side of the panels overlapped.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_68328\" style=\"width: 660px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-68328\" class=\"wp-image-68328 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/wp-content\/dailydiary\/uploads\/2023\/04\/2023-04-01-001-650x867.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"867\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/wp-content\/dailydiary\/uploads\/2023\/04\/2023-04-01-001-650x867.jpg 650w, https:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/wp-content\/dailydiary\/uploads\/2023\/04\/2023-04-01-001-113x150.jpg 113w, https:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/wp-content\/dailydiary\/uploads\/2023\/04\/2023-04-01-001-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/wp-content\/dailydiary\/uploads\/2023\/04\/2023-04-01-001.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-68328\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Number one seemed to work OK!<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The panel bulged out at the bottom, so we installed steel fence posts to straighten the panels vertically and tie the panels down in case of strong winds.\u00a0 We used our new tool from Amason; it is much better than a sledgehammer.<\/p>\n<p>Post Drivers are used to drive T-shaped columns and smaller metal columns into the ground.\u00a0 The two-sided handles of t post driver can comfortably place your hands and use the fence post driver with the handle in the most comfortable way.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_68335\" style=\"width: 359px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-68335\" class=\" wp-image-68335\" src=\"http:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/wp-content\/dailydiary\/uploads\/2023\/04\/pix-5504-650x699.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"349\" height=\"376\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/wp-content\/dailydiary\/uploads\/2023\/04\/pix-5504-650x699.jpg 650w, https:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/wp-content\/dailydiary\/uploads\/2023\/04\/pix-5504-140x150.jpg 140w, https:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/wp-content\/dailydiary\/uploads\/2023\/04\/pix-5504.jpg 718w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 349px) 100vw, 349px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-68335\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">It worked like a charm; I should have had one years ago!!<\/p><\/div>\n<p>As I pounded in the vertical supports, I saw some worms.\u00a0 The worms have taken over \u2013 it&#8217;s a global worming!<\/p>\n<p>The 6&#8243; by 6&#8243; we made a beeline for the swim spa.\u00a0 \u00a0You can do anything you want in international waters.
