Fact:\u00a0 When Shirley Temple turned eight, she received 135,000 gifts.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Today we took it easy as we are going to a birthday dinner in Seal Beach at 5:30 PM.\u00a0 We did a load of errands, including picking up dry cleaning, stopping at CVS, going to TJ’s and Ralph’s market, and the UPS Store.\u00a0 The list diminished quickly.<\/p>\n

We headed west at 4:00 PM and got to Patty’s Place at 5:00 PM, where we jumped into our table and had a glass of vino before Charlotte arrived.\u00a0 Mary passed out some cricket lolly pops; they were a great hit!<\/p>\n

We looked up the translation into Danish of “Good Evening” and provided the info to the waitstaff at Patty’s; they did pretty well.<\/p>\n

We had a delightful dinner and did severe damage to the wine supply.\u00a0 It was fun all evening.<\/p>\n
