Whiteboards are remarkable!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Well, we are making progress.\u00a0 We landed at Casa Valencia at 9:00 AM just in time for the measuring guy to show up; we are getting window treatments on the back and side of the house.\u00a0 At 10:00, the shower door people showed up, and they worked for four-plus hours hanging new doors.<\/p>\n

Mary made a nice brunch, and then she took off to her place to continue pre-packing for the July 6th move.\u00a0 She beat me, not unexpected, as she had a bottle of seasoning that was “best used by 2004”.\u00a0 My best was a weird-looking powder with a “Best used by 2007” label on it. We had a good laugh.<\/p>\n

We got our shower doors in two bathrooms today, and they look great.\u00a0 Robin will be happy with the “barn-door” style and the non-clear glass.\u00a0 I stayed until the shower guy was gone, and then I piddled around for a while with my new 24″ TV.\u00a0 It may end up in the kitchen; we shall see.<\/p>\n

Returning to Mary’s, we got freshened up and jumped in the Silver Fox toward Seal Beach and Patty’s Place.\u00a0 We had a nice dinner and then we stopped at Joe’s house because I owed him a bunch of money for this he bought for my shop!\u00a0 We got home before it was too late and decided to jump in the Swim Spa.<\/p>\n

We spent over an hour just sitting, talking without the jets even being on.\u00a0 We talked a lot about kids and their various behaviors; some of those behaviors we do not understand.\u00a0 We have fun anyway!<\/p>\n

Just before we got out, I asked Mary, “If a parsley farmer gets sued, can they garnish his wages?”<\/p>\n
