I have Van Gogh’s ear for music!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Mary worked today, so I stayed home and fought the battle of the continuous chores; there is always something to do around a house.<\/p>\n

Then the phone begins to ring and ring.\u00a0 I spent four-plus hours on the phone with my financial advisor, my CPA, my real estate agent, and finally, a loan officer.\u00a0 The rules have changed significantly, and it became clear that selling my properties is the right thing to do to avoid SIGNIFICANT capital gains in the future.\u00a0 So, I decided to make an offer on the new house.\u00a0 I am as nervous as a whore in church!<\/p>\n

Later in the day, Mary stopped by after work, and I told her what I did.\u00a0 We decided to go to Patty’s and “celebrate.”<\/p>\n

We returned to my place, and on the way, we got a call from Bill Capps; he and his Mary were heading to Hoff’s Hut, and we decided to join them.\u00a0 We had a super time and returned home at 10:30 PM.\u00a0 It was too late to drive back to Orange, so Mary stayed in Robin’s room.<\/p>\n
