I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead; tomorrow hasn’t arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I’m going to be happy in it.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

I arrived at Mary’s early as we have a busy day of chores.\u00a0 While she did her Thursday Zoom session with the lady professionals in OC, I took down St. Patrick’s Day, or should I say I tried.\u00a0 It is amazing, I thought I had everything, but when Mary came out of the office, she pointed out several decorations I missed.<\/p>\n

Mary fixed a small breakfast because today is “Girls Night Out,” and we will be having lunch at noon.\u00a0 We walked Scout, The Wonder Dog, and did some mailings for Easter.<\/p>\n

We chatted with Colleen for a while and then hit the road for Santa Ana. We arrived at noon and went into the lounge, and awaited Bob Z.<\/p>\n

We have a lot of fun together!<\/p><\/div>\n

After lunch, we went to the market to get needed supplies before going home.\u00a0 After putting them away, we went to the post office to drop off some goodies for Mary’s grandchildren for Easter.\u00a0 Then we decided to visit Janel Mongell, and we headed in her direction.\u00a0 Before we could arrive, Jan filled the table with snacks, and the wine glasses were out and awaiting us.<\/p>\n

We talked to Jan until the Sun was starting to drop and then headed home to watch some TV before crashing.\u00a0 Today was busy! We were tired!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
