package,\u00a0 I did Sue&#8217;s &#8220;mise en place&#8221; thing and was ready to cook!<\/p>\n<p>Mise en place is a French culinary phrase which means &#8220;putting in place&#8221; or &#8220;everything in its &#8230; I did not have to panic and find anything!<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Ok, I followed the directions, and all went pretty well. I did use &#8220;too much&#8221; sour cream in the mashed potatoes, but I had two containers of fresh sour creme in the refrigerator.<\/p>\n<p>The prosciutto-wrapped\u00a0chicken was terrific. Prosciutto is made from the hind leg of a pig, also known as ham. The quality of prosciutto is in how it is cured. The outside of the shank is typically rubbed with salt and sometimes spices. Probably we and my measuring of water into the mixture.\u00a0 \u00a0 I swear, I heard Sue&#8217;s voice saying, &#8220;<em>Paul!
