I hate Russian dolls, they’re so full of themselves.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A busy day is ahead but what is new? We had our morning champagne and then I did some chores around the house before getting ready to head east to Seasons 52 for lunch and then on to Segerstrom Center to see Phantom Of The Opera. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seasons 52 was normal…excellent food and service! I, of course, did the rainbow trout and Sue tried the gnocci. We shared a four mushroom flat bread and dumb me ordered another corn half-flat bread.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember it is someone’s birthday month so Sue got her dessert on the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We waddled over to the theater, using the Silver Ghost, and plopped our overstuffed tummies into front-row center seats (front row is row G because we don’t want to move our heads back and forth during the presentation). Excellent performance and the live 30 piece orchestra added to the drama! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the performance we headed home to freshen up and then did a round trip tot he Santa Ana Elks where we dined and danced until about 9:30 PM. Being with our friends was perfect…we had four tables (meaning 32 of us) plus we got to sit with Donna and Bob making the evening just short of a riot!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was the first “dinner dance” of the season and the Elks did good!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sue did not eat but I did and the beef was outstanding!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We chacha’ed, rhuma’ed, and waltzed all evening long…great time. Good practice for tomorrow because after the OC Fair we are going to go to Old Ranch for another dinner dance!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Homeward bound the Silver Ghost kicked up her heals, moved the warp-speed, and we were home in 18 minutes flat! We watched some TV and did tookies…tonight I turned on the timer and did NOT burn them! <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
