There was nothing to stop things from falling into the house many years ago. This posed a real problem in the bedroom where bugs and other droppings could mess up your nice clean bed. Hence, a bed with big posts and a sheet hung over the top afforded some protection. That’s how canopy beds came into existence.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We got up bring and early and worked on the damned jigsaw puzzle…this one is amazingly difficult. The weather was kinda miserable, raining and “cold”…you know, in the 50’s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We figured out why the chicked crossed the road… it was easier than we thought!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We stayed around the house until it was time to go to the Elks and dance. We had a load of fun with our friends. The “Jolly Corks” were having their meeting at the same time and we got visited by some of the participants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ed and Bob fell in love immediately with the “loose lady”!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ed & Kathy are going to join us Valentine’s Day for dinner so that is a good thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
