Yuch! Another visit to the root canal man!\u00a0 I had to eat before I went as afterwords it is supposed to hurt so much one can’t eat…they don’t know me.\u00a0 Sue and I ate at 10:00 AM, I jumped in the shower and was outta here like a rocket at 10:30 AM sharp!<\/p>\n

This time the visit was easy, just drill out the medication and replace it with the permanent materials used to hold the cap in place.\u00a0 It was about an hour visit but not bad at all!\u00a0 No more canals…just an extraction on Thursday.<\/p>\n

I got home about noon and we began watching Gilmore Girls from the beginning.\u00a0 We had no idea what to expect but by episode two we were hooked!<\/p>\n

We both are getting a kick out of the show<\/p><\/div>\n

In Summary: The show’s main focus is on the relationship between single mother Lorelai Gilmore and her daughter Rory, who live in Stars Hollow, Connecticut, a small fictional town filled with colorful characters. The series explores issues of family, romance, education, friendship, disappointment, and ambition, along with generational divides and social class, the latter themes manifesting through Lorelai’s difficult relationship with her high society parents, Emily and Richard, and Rory’s experiences at an elite high school and later on at Yale.<\/p>\n

We enjoy the quick witted dialog and interesting characters in the show!<\/p>\n

At 4:30 PM we got all gussied up and headed to Malarkey’s for our Monday\u00a0 night cocktails with Irene.<\/p>\n

During our visit, reality set it as we were notified a good friend was taken to the hospital by the paramedics and after some tests, they found a one inch diameter tumor in the brain that has to be removed this week.\u00a0 It was a shock to our systems as we saw the person Saturday evening and all seemed well. The note came via text message so all three of us saw it at the same time…it was a defining and sobering moment to say the least!<\/p>\n
