A prospective husband in a book store \u201cDo you have a book called, \u2019Husband \u2013 the Master of the House?\u2019&#8221; Sales girl: \u201cSir, fiction and comics are on the 1st floor!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Today was easy&#8230;after reaching 500 miles I decided to skip a couple of days so I hot the yard taking care of some chores.\u00a0 While working in the front yard, I noticed a potential entrance into the attic from the outside&#8230;one I had not seen before.\u00a0 We heard a rat in the attic a week or so ago and looked all over for an entrance.\u00a0 Voila, the lighting was just right and the entrance appeared.<\/p>\n<p>To the shop I flew and made such a clatter and I looked through the drawers to find something that mattered.\u00a0 Yes indeed, 1\/4&#8243; square steel cloth soon met the tin snips and a new barrier was forged.\u00a0 Now the challenge, I had to go up on the roof and hand by a toe nail to get the wire pushed into the opening.\u00a0 I kept thinking, what do I say when I roll off the roof onto the concrete and break something.\u00a0 My grip got tighter and tighter!<\/p>\n<p>The barrier is now in place and that little devil will be forced to look else where for shelter!<\/p>\n<p>The delivery man stopped so it is again Christmas time for my shop.\u00a0 I always wanted a router so I did it!\u00a0 I have been watching YouTube videos on making garden signs so I am now ready!<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_30499\" style=\"width: 460px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/wp-content\/dailydiary\/uploads\/2018\/06\/router.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30499\" class=\"size-large wp-image-30499\" src=\"http:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/wp-content\/dailydiary\/uploads\/2018\/06\/router-450x450.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/wp-content\/dailydiary\/uploads\/2018\/06\/router-450x450.png 450w, https:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/wp-content\/dailydiary\/uploads\/2018\/06\/router-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/wp-content\/dailydiary\/uploads\/2018\/06\/router-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/wp-content\/dailydiary\/uploads\/2018\/06\/router-768x768.png 768w, https:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/wp-content\/dailydiary\/uploads\/2018\/06\/router.png 1500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-30499\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Time to make some signs!<\/p><\/div>\n<p>We watched some afternoon TV and then got ready for the Garden Grove Elks. We had a full table this evening and Street Corner Symphony was playing.\u00a0 They did OK for a while then the music got so loud that we had to leave.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oh Dear!
