So I walked again today and it is a good thing.\u00a0Taking 10,000 daily steps means you’ve walked about five miles or 9 kilometers. Many people do not get close to reaching this goal, which is why fitness trackers can be so useful. According to the UK’s National Health Service (NHS), the average person only walks between 3,000 and 4,000 steps per day. My tracker says I average 6,000\/day.<\/p>\n

By the end of the day, I will be near 500 miles!<\/p><\/div>\n

While minding my own business I heard someone talking…the frogs were carrying on their own cconversation…something about flies!<\/p>\n

I came to a sudden stop…red you know!\u00a0 These guys were absolutely brilliant in color!<\/p>\n

And of coursem we needed our daily dose of Agapanthus.\u00a0 They are quite beautiful.<\/p>\n
