We started the day with blood on our minds…nothing bad, just a drop to the heart doctor to draw blood for next weeks appointment.\u00a0 Paul stopped by his lab to give blood and he did not have his insurance cards with him so it was a no-go!\u00a0 We returned home partially successful.<\/p>\n

We had lunch and Paul headed to the garden for an afternoon of putting the veggies back into their cages and fixing the grape arbor.\u00a0 Sue came out for a tour of the garden and was surprised by the corn!<\/p>\n

From the True Stories Files:\u00a0 Once upon a time Bob and Donna went out to dinner at a French restaurant and after dinner decided to walk over to a place that had dancing.\u00a0 It was in a mall and the mall had several branches in it.\u00a0 After a glass of wine or so, they decided to head for home.\u00a0 Alas, when they departed and arrived at the parking lot… no car!\u00a0 OMG, what happened.\u00a0 They walk around for 45 minutes and finally went into the restaurant and called the police.\u00a0 <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

The police showed up and took the stolen car report and asked where they lived…well, as it happens, they lived about six blocks away.\u00a0 The office said “Pop in and I will take you home”.\u00a0 As the officer did a U-turn and drove around the building he said “That car over there matches the description you gave me!”\u00a0\u00a0 Oh oh…yep, Bob and Donna had moved the car is a spot they normally do not use and the car was not stolen after-all.\u00a0 Everyone had a good laugh!<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Higher than an elephants eye!\u00a0 This gives “hide and seek” a new meaning!<\/p><\/div>\n

Pal worked in the garden for a couple of hours before watching some TV and then getting ready to go to the Phoenix Club.\u00a0 Great music this evening!We\u00a0 danced until 9:30 PM at which time we turned into pumpkins!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
