So, it is outward bound as Paul hops, skips, and jumps to Staples t0 pick up a print job.\u00a0 90 minutes and 3+ miles of exercise.\u00a0 So Paul arrives and asks for his print job…the nice lady looks under the counter and delivers a brown paper bag. PAul wonders off heading home but decides to look into the bag about 15 minutes later…OMG, divorce papers!\u00a0 Tell me it can’t be!\u00a0 It was divorce papers for a Mrs. Mary Liles?\u00a0 Paul wonders back and does a quick exchange.\u00a0 He really wanted the modem manual instead!<\/p>\n

Another 3.3 miles added to the total<\/p><\/div>\n

Returning home, we did breakfast and then Paul hit the yard again tying up the escaping tomatoes and picking ripe veggies.\u00a0 The bush beans are quite prolific so we now have a 5 pound bag full…they are so good just boiled in water and pretty good for you!<\/p>\n

We pick them and a few minutes later cook and serve them!\u00a0 The taste is amazing!<\/p>\n

Right off the bush and into the pot and to the table!<\/p><\/div>\n

We did chores around the house and Paul did a wine-run to fill up the wine rack plus got some O’Doul’s for himself!\u00a0 We watched a little TV before getting cleaned up and heading to the Elks in Garden Grove where we danced with the Branders, Zaitz and Marianne\/Craig!\u00a0 The special of the evening was rack of lamb and they were outstanding!<\/p>\n

Rack of lamb is often French trimmed (also known as Frenching in the USA), that is, the rib bones are exposed by cutting off the fat and meat covering them. Typically, three inches of bone beyond the main muscle (the rib eye or Longissimus dorsi) are left on the rack, with the top two inches exposed.<\/p>\n

Sliced, they look like lamb lollipops!<\/p><\/div>\n

Sue’s back is much better (although it will not last for long) so we did dance several dances…Paul has to remember the steps as he is a bit rusty!<\/p>\n
