We had lunch at Old Ranch as we were going to play golf but it was 90\/90 outside (ninety degrees and ninety percent humidity) so we opted out today. \u00a0We are getting too old for that!<\/p>\n

We did have a nice lunch and Sue, in her very clever way, ordered Paul three taco’s but she had chicken put on the carne asada taco (no beef) so he got the spicey taste… It was amazing good!<\/p>\n

Carne asada (literally “flesh\/meat\/beef” “roast\/broiled\/grilled”) is a Latin American dish of grilled and sliced beef, usually skirt, flank or flap steak. It is usually cooked with a certain amount of searing to impart a charred flavor. Carne asada can be served as a main dish or as an ingredient in other dishes. The term carne asada literally translates to “grilled meat”.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

We went home, cleaned up, and went to Il Garage for a birthday dinner with Donna, Bob, and Cyndy!\u00a0 Il Garage is a unique restaurant that is inside a dual-two-car garage in an area that was a large farm.\u00a0 The have a garden on the property and some of the meals come directly from the garden,<\/p>\n

We have fun with Donna and Bob and Cyndy was a great added attraction!\u00a0 We laugh and giggle all night!<\/p>\n
