Even the blur plants were more blue<\/p><\/div>\n
Paul had a pretty good game in spite of the terrible first hole! Three pars and some excellent shots onto the green made for a nice golf day!<\/p>\n
We met up with Bunnaford at 3:30 PM, after nine holes, and sat with her until about 4:45 PM.\u00a0 Good friends are those you can see every day and exchange thoughts and ideas and never get bored.\u00a0 Bunnaford was going to her grandsons baseball game at Navy so she departed at 4:45 PM.\u00a0 We finished a little later and then drove across the street to Kobe Steakhouse.<\/p>\n
Manny was awaiting our arrival as he knows Paul loves the double header salad… Cucumber and seaweed salad.\u00a0 Then a surprise, he found a nice piece of Kobe beef and “sushied” it for Paul.\u00a0 Is that a real word?\u00a0 It was beautiful and the taste was magnificent!<\/p>\n

Kobe beef is generally considered one of the three top brands (known as Sandai Wagyuu, “the three big beefs”), along with Matsusaka beef and ?mi beef or Yonezawa beef.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n Them Sue selected a tuna and avacado plate with spicy mayonnaise.\u00a0 Also quite tasty. \u00a0\u00a0 Sue then suggested soft shelled crag on a bed of lettuce… Another morsel of delicious food!\u00a0 What an evening!<\/p>\n Avacado and tuna<\/p><\/div>\n Bunnaford gave us a wad of two dollar bills to buy her dinner.\u00a0 The last time she was here, she really enjoyed the “Kobe Kids Plate” which is several pieces of Kobe beef on brown fried rice with extra eggs.\u00a0 We departed Kobe at 7:00 PM and performed a “Bunnaford fly-by” meaning we texted her on our way and she me us at the curb!\u00a0 Easy to do as she is only three short blocks away from our house!<\/p>\n As we departed the parking lot, we had to stop and snap this picture with the sun setting behind the trees!\u00a0\u00a0 The camera does not do it justice!<\/p>\n On our way home<\/p><\/div>\n Home again we are!\u00a0 Time for the treadmill and a Hallmark mystery.\u00a0 Tonight It was “Death Al Dente: A Gourmet Detective Mystery”.<\/p>\n Summary” San Francisco homicide detective Maggie Price (Brooke Burns) and former, world-class chef Henry Ross (Dylan Neal) are on the case once again.
