Paul took off on the morning walk as it might be raining the remainder of the week!\u00a0 The decorations are now out in full force. Paul had to be careful not to take duplicate pictures! \u00a0 Join the walk!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

\"They<\/a>

They seem to having a great time!<\/p><\/div>\n

After the walk, Sue fixed a great lunch and we were off.\u00a0 For 20+ years, Paul has procured a series of “retirement” or aloha shorts from High Seas Trading Company in Laguna Hulls.\u00a0\u00a0 We did so at the county fairs but never went to their offices.\u00a0 We wanted them to do a “birthday shirt” (NOTE: Not birthday suit!) but they had no material.<\/p>\n

Finally they said “If you find the material, we will build the shirt for you”.\u00a0 Brigette found the material so we delivered it to them!\u00a0 We also visited for a little while.<\/p>\n

What to do now?\u00a0 Oh…. Why yes!\u00a0 Cucina Enoteca in Newport.\u00a0 An infusion would be exactly what we need!<\/p>\n

\"Look<\/a>

Look …. A selfie! Or is that a selfes-e? Paul learned how to use the timer on the iPhone to take the snapshot<\/p><\/div>\n

We had our drink but what to do now.\u00a0\u00a0 “OH NO” exclaims Sue!\u00a0 Paul responds with a “Wazz wrong dear?”\u00a0 Sue had forgotten Wil’s birthday card and it was his birthday tonight.\u00a0 That means we had to drive from Newport to Los Alamitos and back to Anaheim before 7:15 PM.\u00a0 Here we go!<\/p>\n

We chose to drive along the coast and it was an excellent choice.\u00a0 It was bumper to bumper in a few spots but that gave us time enough to watch the sunset!<\/p>\n

\"Where<\/a>

Where could we be… Los Angeles perhaps?<\/p><\/div>\n

If one did NOT look forward and instead looked to the left, the sunset was a lot less busy!<\/p>\n

The sunset was wonderful along the beach!<\/p><\/div>\n

We made it to the dance and at half-time. Wil did the honors!\u00a0 The cake was super and everybody enjoyed it!<\/p>\n

Seems we forgot how talented Mrs. Lind was!\u00a0 Rebecca made the Halloween costume for Miss Lilly… She is going as “Holly Golightly” from the move “Breakfast At Tiffany’s”!\u00a0 Complete with cigarette holder!\u00a0 We showed Lilly’s costume\u00a0 picture to everybody!\u00a0 Lilly, like her mommy, is a beautiful girl!<\/p>\n

Great-grandma Sue shared the picture of Lilly as Holly Golightly with everyone!<\/p><\/div>\n

We headed home arriving about 11:00 PM so it was Star Trek time.\u00a0 Tonight we watched “Fusion” where Enterprise encounters a group of liberal Vulcans, one of whom leads T’Pol into further exploring her emotions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
