Paul is off for the morning walk.\u00a0 Join the fun.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n Love seeing special signs!<\/p><\/div>\n An hour and a quarter gets the ‘ol body warmed up and juices flowing.\u00a0 Paul also meets several people who are out and about!<\/p>\n Paul really enjoys the walks<\/p><\/div>\n Remember: “I have two doctors, my left leg and my right. ~G.M. Trevelyan”<\/p>\n Ain’t it the truth!!<\/p><\/div>\n After the walk, Sue made a great lunch and we got ready for the afternoon golf game.\u00a0 Nine holes seems to be just about right these days.\u00a0 We get to visit the wildlife and enjoy the great out of doors.\u00a0 Sue always feeds Lilly the Swan on the 9th hole.<\/p>\n Lilly the Swan recognizes Grandma Sue and swims to the bank to say hello and get her afternoon treats<\/p><\/div>\n To the Phoenix Club where we are i the test tonight as they are readying the ballroom for Octoberfest.<\/p>\n It was a little cool being outside but once we started dancing, it was fine!<\/p><\/div>\n The band was raring to go and they sounded wonderful in the large open area!\u00a0 They kept the tempo up so we could stay warm.<\/p>\n The band kept us moving on this chilly evening<\/p><\/div>\n <\/p>\n We were in the tent as they are readying for Octoberfest in the ballroom<\/p><\/div>\n Three hours later Paul does another 2+ miles on the course<\/p><\/div>\n After the walk Sue fixed lunch and we got ready to head for the golf course for nine holes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" It is with great sadness that we found out Frank, Luisa’s dad, suffered a pretty traumatic stroke and is not responding well.
