Paul did a walk around Rossmoor this morning…. One hour forty-five minutes!\u00a0 Almost 700 calories gone!\u00a0 That means 1\/5th of a pound!\u00a0 Any amount helps!\u00a0 Excellent exercise. Join the walk!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

A walking we will go!<\/p><\/div>\n

We did our chores… Bank, cleaners, market…. boring stuff!\u00a0 The market did not have enough pumpkins for our carving activities on Sunday so we went to the local “pumpkin patch”.<\/p>\n

\"Sue<\/a>

Sue was chatting with one of the locals!<\/p><\/div>\n

We got some help pulling the wagon and loading it into the van!\u00a0 $160 worth of pumpkins ought to keep the kids and grand kids busy!<\/p>\n

The wagon was loaded to the top<\/p><\/div>\n

Malarkey’s is just around the corner so off we went to meet up with Greg and Irene!<\/p>\n

The sun started to set<\/p><\/div>\n

The sun was beginning to set but it looked so black and white then all of a sudden….<\/p>\n

Then the colors exploded!<\/p><\/div>\n

…bang!\u00a0 The sun broke out in bright orange and reds!\u00a0 Amazing!\u00a0 We headed home so Sue could do the treadmill and we watched a little TV before crashing!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
