We worked all morning.\u00a0 Sue took the last of the small tomatoes and made her world famous pasta-tomato-cheese salad… Just like eating summer!\u00a0 It is so nice to pick your own veggies, take them to the kitchen and have magic performed so within minutes you are eating what you just picked!<\/p>\n

Gardening is about enjoying the smell of things growing in the soil, getting dirty without feeling guilty, and generally taking the time to soak up a little peace and serenity. ~Lindley Karstens<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Paul worked the garden for six hours cleaning out the\u00a0 tomato plants that were done, trimming back the pumpkins, and cleaning up!\u00a0 He filled two 100 gallon trash containers!\u00a0 Fun but a lot of work.\u00a0 We are getting ready for the fall planting!\u00a0 The asparagus is really looking good!<\/p>\n

Bad day?\u00a0 We went to a Celebration Of Life for Cindy O held at Old Ranch.\u00a0 She was a friend for several years and we used to see her all the time in the afternoons at Old Ranch.<\/p>\n
