Up and at ’em at 6:00 as Paul planned to take the Honda in for his 10,000 mile check-up at 7:15.\u00a0 All went well and the car was done in less than an hour.\u00a0 Paul got time to play with the watch!\u00a0 Paul walked for 30 minutes just to keep the walking going.\u00a0 The iWatch told Paul his “resting heart rate” was 62 making him “good”\u00a0 pusing “excellent” in health!\u00a0 He plans to keep on walking and get it to a solid excellent before the end of tghe year!<\/p>\n

We played eighteen with James and it was hot out!\u00a0 The temperature was in the high 80’s but the humidity was right up there also!\u00a0 We finished all eighteen and then dried out over a cold glass of wine on the patio!<\/p>\n
