<\/a>We planted a new apple tree and two new fig trees!<\/p><\/div>\n
<\/a>This lttle tree has FOUR different apples grafted onto it! Amazing!<\/p><\/div>\n
Paul headed out the door at 9:00 and made the 3.5 mile journey in just under one hour.\u00a0 The sun was playing hide and seek in the clouds so no great outdoor pictures today!\u00a0 After returning home, we picked some strawberries and squash plus additional radishes!\u00a0 Nothing better than goodies right out of the garden.<\/p>\n
We then headed to Old Ranch to do eighteen with James.\u00a0 It was a reasonably good day!\u00a0 We made all eighteen holes and played in 3:30!<\/p>\n
<\/a>Sue fed her geese on the 11th hole! They are indeed funny animals!<\/p><\/div>\n
We did a short Happy Hour and then went to the chiropractor in Huntington Beach.\u00a0 The visit was quick so we decided to return back to Old Ranch and continue on from whence we left.\u00a0 By the time we got back we had both James and Linda, Bullwinkle and Rockey, Bunnaford, and James Eaton surrounding “the pit”.<\/p>\n
<\/a>Story telling was well underway<\/p><\/div>\n
Linda told us about her “driving adventures” starting with being stopped for going 105 mph in her Prius at 5:00 in the morning on the 105 Freeway (we where happy that she was not on the 605!).\u00a0 The officer asked her why she was going so fast and when she replied she was a couty employee and wanted to get to work early, the officer ticketed her for 70 mph and asked her not to drive when the officer was on duty!<\/p>\n
Then there was the highway patrol incident where she was tagged by a remote vehicle for going 90 mph but Linda wrote the judge telling him that another car EXACTLY like hers was ahead of her so the officer must have tagged the other car…. It worked… Another ticket for 70 mph!<\/p>\n
We giggled until it hurt!\u00a0 We continued Happy Hour until 7:15 at which time we headed home for the treadmill and movies!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
